Warning: picture heavy post!
I went to Walgreens yesterday to pick up a little jar of silver holographic Fantasy Makers glitter that comes out every Halloween and, of course, ended up with way more than I went for. Right in the same display as all the Fantasy Makers Halloween makeup (which are manufactured by the makers of Wet n Wild cosmetics), I found 7 shades of the Wet n Wild Megalast Nail Colors! I was so excited because 6 of them were all the shades from last year's Pick Your Poison Collection that I sadly never found near me. I grabbed all 7, including a random glitter called Playing All Suits that was there too.
From left to right, starting at the top: Poison Ivy, Toxic Apple, Lethal Injection, Playing All Suits, Deadly Dose, Venomous Vixen, and Root of All Evil.
For more information including individual bottle shots, follow the jump! :)
Root of all Evil is a sapphire color that has a lighter, cerulean blue, navy, and purple shimmer in it. It's a gorgeous blue!
Venomous Vixen is a gunmetal grey with holographic shimmer in it. It also has a taupe undertone to it.
Toxic Apple is a deep blackened, plummy, amethyst purple with very fine cerulean and magenta shimmer in it.
Poison Ivy is a dark, foresty, mossy green with an emerald shimmer in it.
Lethal Injection is a burgundy kind of color that has a merlot shimmer
in it that is not very noticeable because it is almost the same color as
the base.
Deadly Dose is a beautiful multifaceted gold. It has lighter gold
shimmer in a richer gold base that also reflects a bit copper at times.
Playing all Suits is a glitter polish. It is a clear base with fine magenta, silver, and silver holographic glitter in it.
I'm still trying to figure out if Playing All Suits is a new color that was brought in to be part of the re-promote of the line or if it's separate from it. Swatches of all will be in a separate post!
